Henry Tikkanen (b. 1971) is the chef de cuisine and one of the restaurateurs of the Restaurant Gösta. He has won the prestigious Chef of the Year Award in Finland in the year 2001, when he was working at the G.W. Sundmans in Helsinki. In 2003, he represented Finland in the Bocuse d’Or Competition in France. Tikkanen has previously worked also in the Restaurant Havis, Hotel Kämp (est 1887 and Villa Störsvik (in Siuntio).
