Arttu Ollikainen is finishing his studies at the Sibelius-Academy in Helsinki with his teachers Hui-Ying Liu-Tawaststjerna and Teppo Koivisto. In 2020-2021 Ollikainen studied at the Vienna University of Music and  Performing Arts with professor Jan Jiracek von Arnim. Ollikainen is a versatile musician and has performed solo recitals, chamber music and as an orchestra soloist in Finland and in Europe. In 2022 he was selected to  participate in the Maj Lind International Piano Competition as one of the only two Finnish pianists.

For a couple of years (2013-2015) before university-level studies Ollikainen participated in the Youth Piano Academy program, which acted as an important motivator towards a career in music.
